Rottweiler dogs are a large and powerful breed. They were originally bred in Germany to be working dogs, and they are still used for that purpose in many parts of the world. Rottweilers are intelligent and loyal dogs, and they make excellent guard dogs. They are also good with children, although they may be too rough for very young children. Rottweilers need to be well-trained and socialised from an early age, or they can become aggressive. Rottweilers are on the restricted dogs list.

Joey is an IKC Registered male Rottweiler puppy 12 months old in Cork

Cork Rottweiler Age: 1 year 1 Male
Joey is a beautiful 12 month old IKC registered male Rottweiler puppy, born 5th September 2025. Joey has a strong German bloodline and comes from well-bred Rottweiler lines. Sire: Carlton Von Haus Drazic Of Ishndarfkur Dam: Bhean Croisghearla Joey is microchipped, up to date with his vaccinations and has his own passport. He is crate trained and has travelled on the ferry, so he is comfortable travelling. He knows basic commands including sit, stay and wait, and is a lovely, affectionate boy who enjoys attention and spending time with his people. He is a great guard dog. Gets on well with other dogs when introduced properly. Not cat tested. 🏡 Looking for the right home We are looking for a loving, secure and experienced home for Joey where he will be treated as part of the family. Ideally, we would prefer: A couple or smaller family A home with a secure, enclosed garden No very young/small children Previous experience with Rottweilers or other large breeds, such as German Shepherds, Dobermans, etc. Someone who understands the training, exercise and commitment involved in owning a Rottweiler. Finding Joey the right forever home is very important to us, so serious enquiries only please. We are happy to answer any questions and speak with prospective owners to make sure he is the right fit. Rehoming as he would do better with a smaller/ quieter household. €1000 to cover buying costs & make sure he finds the right home.
