Cairn Terrier dogs for stud in Ireland

The Cairn Terrier is a small, sturdy breed originally bred in Scotland for hunting and burrowing into cairns (rock piles, and hence the name) to flush out small game. Known for their spirited and fearless nature, these dogs make excellent companions. In terms of size, Cairn Terriers typically stand about 25-33 cm at the shoulder and weigh between 6-8 kg. Their dense, weather-resistant coat is rough to the touch and comes in various colours, including cream, wheaten, red, grey, or nearly black. Cairn Terriers are well-suited for active families and require regular exercise to stay healthy and happy. Their playful and affectionate nature makes them a favourite among dog lovers.

Female Cairn Terrier looking for stud

Galway Cairn Terrier Age: 4 years

Lovely Cairn Terrier, 4 yrs old, never been bred. Would like to get one litter of her to continue line. We have one other female cairn who we have never bred and is 13 yrs old. From the photo 4yr old is the brindle, 13 yr old is the darker one. Due to come into season in next two weeks. They're not related and have been super family pets and great with kids.
