IKC Registered Irish Wolfhound puppies in Galway

We have four outstanding IKC registered Irish Wolfhound puppies available for sale in Galway. These puppies, two females and two males, are just over three months old and are a magnificent example of this historical breed. Both parents are our family pets and can be seen, showcasing their affectionate temperament. This is their second litter, and some of the first litter have already placed first in national competitions, demonstrating the quality of these puppies.

These puppies have been reared in a family environment, ensuring they are confident and calm, making them wonderful companions. They come in both black and brindle colours, with the black variety being particularly rare and sought after. All puppies are vaccinated and wormed, and we are looking for suitable families who can provide them with a loving home.

2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself in your messages. Do share info if you have a garden, young kids, or other suitable information to help the seller know you are a suitable buyer.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (981098109193759, 981098109192304, 981098109192216, 981098109192367) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
9. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
10. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
