Bruno is an elegant looking dog and well built with great structure. He is also an excellent working dog, he will face any type of cover, he is retrieving land and water and hunting all game, He is a super woodcock dog. Excellent temperament and great around kids. Bred from great hunting lines.

Bruno is a well proven stud dog and has produced some very strong litters to date with healthy pups.

He has 100% success rate with each bitch he has covered.

Fee includes 2 matings/ties with 24 to 48 hours in between matings. If bitch fails to fall in pup then free mating on next season. I might do a deal for a pup from litter if agreed. Experienced handler to ensure the safety of both dogs throughout the process.

This truly is a stunning example of a working springer and you will not be disappointed with him.

Copy of Bruno’s pedigree is in the photos.

Feel free to call or text for details or information. No time wasters please.

Thank you.

Tips for contacting breeders

  3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
  4. Ask breeders about their vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
  5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
  6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
  7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
  8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
  9. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract.
  10. Try the free litter planning tool to plan the optimal mating dates and other important milestones for the litter.
