Hard hunting Springer Spaniel for STUD with no respect for briars or barbed wire. Will go through any cover, is a strong swimmer and comfortable in all water conditions.

All vaccinations are up to date and he is wormed regularly.

Jackson is an intelligent and robust dog with BADGERCOURT blood lines. He is well built with great structure. He will face any type of cover and he will retrieve on land and ice cold water. He is primarily a woodcock dog but will retrieve any game. He has an excellent nose and can find buried game, has a very soft mouth, can hunt anywhere, will not worry sheep and is super safe with small children. Recalls and hunts to the whistle and to hand signals.

Jackson has produced just ONE quality litter to date with healthy pups. He has not been used as a stud dog before and any potential mates will be vetted. IKC REGISTERED BITCHES ONLY will be considered. The owner of this dog wishes to encourage responsible breeding and an account of your bitches breeding history should be provided. PLEASE BRING ORIGINAL IKC PAPERWORK - MICROCHIP NUMBERS WILL BE CHECKED. This is a unique opportunity to introduce quality bloodlines into your next litter.

Jackson has only ever been allowed to sire one litter with Arklow Cosmic of Monalue blood lines and one of the pups from that litter can be seen in both the pictures shown. He is in good shape and keeps himself spotlessly clean at the end of each day. He has no trouble hunting day in and day out throughout the hunting season and is well capable of hunting all day in any cover.

Fee includes 2 matings/ties with 24 to 48 hours in between matings. If bitch fails to fall in pup then free mating on next season.

Jackson is a complete gentleman when it comes to mating and while he is keen he is respectful and tender.

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.
3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
4. Ask breeders about their vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
