IKC Registered Gordon Setter

Guy is an extraordinary IKC registered Gordon Setter dog.

He is incredibly affectionate towards other dogs and humans. He loves being outdoors and going rough shooting is his favourite three months of the year! He is extremely gentle and loves getting your attention by taking your slipper or other object of yours that's lying around.

He lives with his 'brother' who's an English Setter and they have bonded like true brothers. They're a similar age and although neither are neutered they play together and adore one another. Guy comes from a long line of Gordon Setters; a breed known for being loyal and affectionate. Guy loves 'talking' to you...whether it's making his own inimitable sounds or staring into your eyes!

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.
3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
4. Ask breeders about the vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
