Purebred Pug Available in Galway

Meet Norman, our beloved purebred Pug, now available for stud.

Norman is a healthy, very well cared for family pet with a wonderful temperament. He is full of character, affectionate, playful, and has been raised in a loving home.

Norman was also the Reserve Champion of Oughterard Dog Show 2023.

While Norman is not registered, his sire was pedigree registered, and his dam is purebred but unregistered.

We are looking for suitable females and caring owners who value health and good temperament. If you'd like more information, photos, or to discuss stud arrangements, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Please note: Norman is not KC/IKC registered, and his stud services are offered with this in mind.

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.
3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
4. Ask breeders about their vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
