Irish Wolfhound IKC registered for Stud

Our family pet Fionn is available for stud from 14.02.2024 as he turns two. He's a very strong and healthy dog with good bone structure and he's very gentle with our three young children, our black lab other dogs and our chickens. He has a full pedigree with details of his lineage and was IKC registered (needs to be renewed). If interested please give me a call anytime.

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.
3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
4. Ask breeders about the vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
