Show Cocker Spaniel for stud in Westmeath

Reggie is a much loved family dog. He is a show cocker. We have him clipped quite short as he spends his days in forests and swimming. However his fur grows quite long, you can see in the video uploaded of him!

He is active, playful, and loves exploring outdoors, but is equally happy curled up on the couch enjoying cuddles and naps.

Reggie has regular vet check-ups and is fully vaccinated and wormed. He is extremely well behaved and easy going, something regularly commented on by both our vet and groomer. Everywhere we go, people stop to admire his beautiful coat and striking colouring.

Reggie has had 3 litters so far, all with 6+ puppies. I’ve attached some pictures of his pups!

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.
3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
4. Ask breeders about their vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
