Charlie IKC St Bernese Mountain Dog

Meet Charlie, our St Bernese mountain dog.

He is a purebred IKC Registered Bernese mountain dog, who has just turned 2 years of age.

He is fully vaccinated, gets regular checkups with the vet, and groomed every 3-4 months.

As you can see, Charlie has Beautiful markings that tick every box in terms of breed standards, he has fantastic hip and elbow scores.

He is strikingly beautiful and has a lovely calm temperament, He is great with other dogs & and children. He has been shown in many shows and has won a lot of rosettes and trophies.

Charlie has been brought up as a pup on a family cattle farm in Co. Clare with myself and my partner. Charlie is well used to animals, big and small.

Charlie gets walked regularly. As we live in the lovely countryside, he is well accustomed to roads and has great patience and temperament being out and about.

He’s available for stud whenever it suits.

4. Ask breeders about the vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
