Lovely beagle looking for a new home

Dublin Beagle Age: 8 years 1 Female

Due to the change in family circumstances, we are relocating to another country. We cannot take her because of the uncertainty with living environment and their extreme climate. (1) Age: 8.5 (2) Temperament/personality: very timid, no aggression in her, loves sleeping on sofa all day. Comes to cuddles and play when she feels like it. She wants to be part of the family all the time. Fine with strangers (young and old) when she sees them on street but she can be very excitable when we have visitors. She also gets really excited and barky when she sees other dogs too close to her (which may appear aggressive but no, she's just too excited). We keep her attention using treats when out. Not tested with cats and other animals. (3) Training: Fully house-trained and crate trained. No separation anxiety. She was taken to puppy training at our local vet and DSPCA trainings. Really good with commands when there is food for her. (4) suitable home: possibly as an only dog (unless prepared to take time to help her adjust), not too many visitors if they don’t like dogs (5) Daily routine: gets up around 7/8 am, goes into the garden and does her business. Comes back and straight onto sofa/crate for the morning. Goes to the garden around lunchtime and then stays with us for a bit. Goes to sofa/crate for afternoon nap. Gets up around 4 and asks for walk. Follows us around after walk until dinner time. Sits with us when we are on the sofa (which she thinks is hers). Goes to bed when she feels like it. Repeat.

Female East European Shepherd IKC registered, 2 years old. Originally this breeds heritage includes German Shepherd, (they were bred to withstand freezing temperatures) thus the similarity, She is an Eastern European Shepherd (VEO) and is a recognised breed in the IKC. A wonderful companion, she’s great with adults, children, all dogs and is also quiet around horses, cows etc. She doesn’t bark without a reason, even if other dogs are barking but she is very alert. She is brilliant at scent work, so anyone interested in search and rescue or man trailing, this is your dog. She walks well on the lead or by your side without also. Sits, stays and long stays, comes when called and responds to a silent whistle too, she waits to eat on your command. She’s used to walking in town and traffic and doesn’t beg when beside me in a cafe or in the kitchen. She is mainly outside but is house trained. She’s crate and muzzle trained but this breed is not required to wear one. Friendly with her vet. Regrettably, a change in personal circumstances means I have to pass her on to a new loving home. She has no character flaws, she loves nothing better than chasing her toy, loves the forest and beach and swims well. She’s used to being groomed and having her nails trimmed. She’s an absolute dote and I’m sorry to have to give her up, but my loss is someone else’s gain. She comes with a large crate, collars, leads, food for a couple of months, harness and long working leads etc.

Absolutely stunning dogs, trained professionally. All commands are obeyed alertly. We have two small children and the dogs are alongside them all the time. Great all round friendly and obedient dogs. Both Shylo & Bruno have lived together the last 5 years. Shylo is the longhaired bitch also who has been neutered/spayed. Due to unseen circumstances I am having to move house and am not alound to bring my American Staffordshire Terrier Leah as she is on the dangerous dog list. Which couldn't be more wrong in every way. Leah is a very very special family pet that we all don't want to rehome but have no choice. Leah is very well behaved great with children. Always been gentle,never snapped at anyone. You can pull on her ears, legs, tail, feet and she does not care one bit. Sure you can put your hand in her mouth she won't do a thing. She is okay with other dogs on a lead with the right person in control. She does have one bad habit which is jumping up at you which if you have really small children just might be a problem but other than that I trust the dog with anyone or any children. I will not give this dog to enyone that does not known about American Staffordshire Terriers as in the wrong hands or treated the wrong way she could become very dangerous. I take pride in owning a Bully breed and prove that in the right hands and treated right they are the most loyal dog in world.
