Lambert is a handsome 'Grayador', a Labrador x Greyhound puppy, just over six months old. He's a lovely lad: friendly, energetic and not at all aggressive, possessive or any of the other traits you wouldn't want in a family dog. He's fully vaccinated, microchipped and wormed, he's house trained and he responds to the commands we've taught him so far: sit, stay, down, come. He responds well to training, he loves walks and chasing balls, and loves to be outside. He's young and eager to learn. Lambert has been with our family for five months, but we're having to part with him, sadly, because we just don't have the time or the space to give him what he needs. When we took him on we didn't know his full heritage, and his greyhound side means that he's a growing dog with a lot of energy - more than we can manage with our busy lives and small house. So we're looking to rehome him with an owner or family who can give him what he needs. Lambert needs an owner who can give him plenty of exercise and has the space and time for him to grow and play. He needs to run and/or walk a few times a day, and/or have a big enclosed area he can zoom around in. He'd be the ideal dog for an active outdoor person, a jogger in search of a companion, someone with other dogs to run about with, or a family with some land or an active schedule. He'll repay that with friendly companionship, loyalty and fun. We're reluctant to part with our lad, and will only do so to people who can promise to care for him well. Alongside him, we will include all of his property: the crate he sleeps in, bars for the car boot, leads, toys, food, bowls and more. A full Grayador 'starter pack', free to the right owner. Female East European Shepherd IKC registered, 2 years old. Originally this breeds heritage includes German Shepherd, (they were bred to withstand freezing temperatures) thus the similarity, She is an Eastern European Shepherd (VEO) and is a recognised breed in the IKC. A wonderful companion, she’s great with adults, children, all dogs and is also quiet around horses, cows etc. She doesn’t bark without a reason, even if other dogs are barking but she is very alert. She is brilliant at scent work, so anyone interested in search and rescue or man trailing, this is your dog. She walks well on the lead or by your side without also. Sits, stays and long stays, comes when called and responds to a silent whistle too, she waits to eat on your command. She’s used to walking in town and traffic and doesn’t beg when beside me in a cafe or in the kitchen. She is mainly outside but is house trained. She’s crate and muzzle trained but this breed is not required to wear one. Friendly with her vet. Regrettably, a change in personal circumstances means I have to pass her on to a new loving home. She has no character flaws, she loves nothing better than chasing her toy, loves the forest and beach and swims well. She’s used to being groomed and having her nails trimmed. She’s an absolute dote and I’m sorry to have to give her up, but my loss is someone else’s gain. She comes with a large crate, collars, leads, food for a couple of months, harness and long working leads etc.
