Lurchers are a type of sighthound that was originally bred in Ireland. The name "lurcher" is thought to come from the Irish word for thief, as these dogs were often used to steal livestock. Lurchers are tall and slender, with long legs and a long, narrow head. They are known for their speed and agility, and are often used in racing. Lurchers can be any colour, but are most often black, grey, or brindle.

Lurcher x looking for a new home

Cork Lurcher, Hungarian Vizsla Age: 2 years 1 Male
Hello, We are looking for a new home for our dog. Noble is a Lurcher X Hungarian Viszla, 2 years old, neutered and up to date on vaccines. He is reactive to dogs and cats so an only dog home with no children would be good. Noble would thrive in a home with land. He loves to sniff and chase birds unfortunately our home is no longer meeting his needs. It's extremely unfair to him and us. His issues would dramatically improve if his needs were met as he is an extremely loving dog once he gets to know and trust you. If you can give Noble a home please contact me via text as I may be working and might be unable to take your call on 085 851 4596
