Veterinary checked, all fine with no issues (hernia, conjunctivitis, entropin etc)

2 bitches, 1 black with white paws and white cross on chest, 1 liver/white with 4 white socks, white tip on tail and white cross on chest, both girls will be shorthaired.

1 dog, all brown with white cross on chest and 4 whitish paws, will have 25-30mm hair length.

These dogs shed very little except during warmer spring weather.

These dogs are outdoor dogs and need off-lead exercise as well as on-lead walking.

All are a very active/adventurous/affectionate breed and will have great noses for scent, soft mouthed and highly trainable, training must be done immediately and takes 10 minutes each morning/evening (seller will provide training regime and tips/tricks/diet to a successful partnership between owner and dog).

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (981098109210534, 981098109210571, 981098109210538) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
9. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
10. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
