Dachshunds are a small breed of dog that were originally bred in Germany to hunt badgers. They are one of the most sought after dogs on dogs.ie. They are also sometimes called "sausage dogs" because of their long, slender bodies. Dachshunds come in three coat varieties: smooth, wire-haired, and longhaired. They are loyal and affectionate dogs that make great companions. Dachshunds are relatively easy to train, but they can be stubborn at times! They often suffer from back issues, intervertebral disc disease, due to their longer spines. They are dolichocephalic (long-faced) dogs, and thus are more prone to nasal fungal & bacterial infections. As with all breeds you should always learn a little bit about the breed.

Donegal Dachshund Age: 7 weeks 2 Males, 2 Females

I have 4 beautiful pups ready for their new homes on saturday. 2 brown boys 2 girls , 1 silver black brown dapple and 1 black and tan. All vet checked, microchipped, wormed, toilet trained to puppy pad. Very friendly Mother is family pet. father was pra clear. Both Mother and father very healthy. I want the pups to go to the best homes possible and live their best lives. All puppies will leave with puppy starter pack and all paperwork. Calls and messages all welcome including video calls.
