Dachshunds are a small breed of dog that were originally bred in Germany to hunt badgers. They are one of the most sought after dogs on dogs.ie. They are also sometimes called "sausage dogs" because of their long, slender bodies. Dachshunds come in three coat varieties: smooth, wire-haired, and longhaired. They are loyal and affectionate dogs that make great companions. Dachshunds are relatively easy to train, but they can be stubborn at times! They often suffer from back issues, intervertebral disc disease, due to their longer spines. They are dolichocephalic (long-faced) dogs, and thus are more prone to nasal fungal & bacterial infections. As with all breeds you should always learn a little bit about the breed.

Gorgeous litter of miniature IKC registered (PENDING) Dachshund puppies available who my kids have nicknamed “Alvin ,Simon and Theodore “after the Chipmunks!! I call them my Boy Babies 💙💙💙 Mam Daphne is my family pet. Dad Kobe is a gorgeous little guy .Kobe comes from the prestigious Bhailekernon . In his first ever Championship show he was graded Excellent also First Junior dog and then went on to win a Green Star which qualified him for Crufts. The puppies have been born and raised in our family home with the best little mammy called Daphne 🩷 so they are very sociable and affectionate little guys who just want play and have lots of cuddles and to kiss you all day! Both Mam and Dad come from excellent pedigrees. I am looking for 5 star homes for my gorgeous boys where they will be loved and treated like one of the Family.
