Sandy, the 12 month female Cockapoo puppy in Cork

Regrettably, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to rehome our adored pet, Sandy. She is a 12-month-old female Apricot Cockapoo who is full of love and fun. We are seeking a family who can provide the best home for our treasured pet.

Sandy is exceptionally friendly and has an abundance of energy, making her a delightful companion. Cockapoos are known for their affectionate nature and intelligence, which means they require mental stimulation and regular exercise. Sandy adapts well to being left alone for work, provided her needs are met beforehand. She thrives in the presence of children aged preschool and up, exhibiting unlimited patience and a gentle temperament. As an indoor dog, she enjoys being an integral part of the family and will undoubtedly bring joy to her future home. Please contact me if you believe your family might be the right fit for Sandy.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200514242) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
6. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
7. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
