Calm & Gentle vet checked Cockapoo puppies in Cavan

We are pleased to offer a delightful litter of Cockapoo puppies, born just a couple of months ago. These charming pups are now available for their forever homes and are ready to bring joy and companionship to your family. We have a variety of colours, including males and females.

Cockapoos are a crossbreed between a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle, known for their gentle temperament and affectionate nature. They typically exhibit a friendly disposition, making them excellent family pets and great with children.

Mom is our own girl, she is a purebred Cocker Spaniel and dad is also our boy, he is a purebred miniature Poodle. Both parents are 14 inches tall and puppies should grow to same.

This breed is also known for its intelligence and trainability, which can make them a joy to work with in obedience training.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (981098109117521, 981098109117552, 981098109117464, 981098109117524, 981098109117532, 981098109117512, 981098109117596, 981098109117536, 981098109117516, 981098109117616, 981098109117597, 981098109117525) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
9. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
10. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
11. This seller is a Dog Breeding Establishment (DBE), ask to see their licence from their local authority.
