Sam is a beautiful Golden Retriever with great success over the last few years. For the Health of your Dog and ours we use Artificial Insemination (AI) via our Vet. Your Girl will have a Progesterone test to identify the best time for the Insemination and then she will have the simple insertion by the Vet. To date this has a 100% success rate. Excellent Hips, Elbows and Eyes scores and comes from fantastic Champion breeding stock

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.
3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
4. Ask breeders about the vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
