Black & Tan Miniature Dachshund
Stud Details
Description
Meet Douglas: a cheeky, affectionate black and tan smooth-haired mini dachshund and a thoroughly spoiled member of our family here in Charleville, Co. Cork. Born April 2024, he's a healthy, well-built little dog with a glossy coat, lovely classic dachshund lines and the gentle, people-loving temperament the breed is famous for. He's brilliant with people and other dogs, and never far from his favourite squeaky toy.
Douglas is now available at stud to suitable bitches. He is microchipped and fully up to date with his worming and vaccinations. This will be his first time at stud, so he's offered at a fair price to the right home.
You're very welcome to come and meet him by arrangement before deciding — the best way to see what a sound, friendly little dog he is.
Stud fee: €300, open to offers — or pick of the litter considered. The fee covers two matings a day apart, payable at the first mating, and is for the service rather than conditional on a successful pregnancy. We just ask that the bitch is fit, healthy, fully vaccinated and wormed beforehand.
