Very clever, easy to train. Can open doors and howl on command. Cheerful Izzy is playful and enjoys company of people. Plays with other dogs but dislikes confrontational dogs and can chase smaller dogs/cats as has a prey response to movement. Best a home without livestock as she gets too excited and is inclined to chase and snap at them. Loves a good run about before a nice laze about on the sofa. Enjoys playing with toys and will spend hours chewing a good one. Food driven so easily trained. Will bark or howl if overexcited. Gets anxious if left alone so best suited to someone home all the time or better with another similar size dog for company. Medical: Rabies vaccinated since July 24, neutered and up to date with annual vaccines including kennel cough. Fractured canine tooth extracted. Few small scars on skin from old wounds. Izzy will make a fantastic companion to a family or individual home most of the day. She would love an active lifestyle but is equally content for hours chewing a toy on a comfortable bed. A pretty lurcher with a fun personality to match.

Wicklow American Staffordshire Terrier Age: 3 years 1 Female

Kana is a sturdy, affectionate and lovable 3 year old Staffordshire Terrier. She is well tempered within the household but outside has a difficult time as she is a very protective dog. She would ideally need a household without other pets and someone who is experienced in handling stronger dogs. She is great around people and loves them but is very headstrong when with other dogs/animals. She does not need vigorous exercise 4-5 good walks a week should suffice however she likes a lot of interaction and attention. She has a great personality but due to her determined attitudes would need a 5 star home with all her needs being met as to get the best out of her.
