Tesla the male Jack Russell x Welsh Corgi Pembroke in Meath
Details
Description
Male Red/White Welsh Corgi Pembroke × Jack Russell puppy, aged 2 years and 6 months, located in Trim. He is neutered and has been vaccinated and wormed. I am rehoming him to find an experienced owner who can meet his needs.
I am looking for a new home for my neutered male dog. This is a difficult decision and my priority is finding the right match for him. He is loyal and intelligent with strong guarding instincts and would be best suited to a rural home or farm with plenty of secure space. He enjoys being outdoors, likes people, and generally gets on well with other dogs. He should be left alone while eating, as he has a history of guarding his food and has previously growled and caused superficial bites in this context. Because of this, he needs an experienced owner who understands canine behaviour and is willing to continue managing and training him appropriately. He would be best suited to an experienced dog owner, a home without young children, a farm or rural property with a secure garden or land, and someone who can provide structure, exercise and ongoing positive reinforcement training. His welfare is my priority and I will only rehome him to a suitable home where his needs and behavioural history are understood; I am happy to discuss him honestly with genuinely interested adopters.
Possible breed characteristics: 75% Corgi × 25% Jack Russell crossbreds can be alert, active and intelligent, often showing strong herding or hunting instincts and a need for regular exercise and mental stimulation. They may be vocal and protective of their household and benefit from consistent training and leadership.
Please contact me if you are an experienced owner interested in meeting him.

- It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
