Beautiful purebred Weimaraner puppy IKC reg

The last of our beautiful Weimaraner puppies is available again as buyer withdrew before collection for personal reasons.

He is purebred and IKC registered. Full of fun and mischief he shares his parents’ affectionate temperaments and inquisitive nature. These are short coated Weimaraners meaning their coats are low maintenance, easy to groom and easy to clean and dry after their outings.

He has been well socialised within our home and has lots of fun playing with us and our four children. From birth we have carefully minded this litter ensuring they were handled regularly and with care by family first and then by friends. From 9weeks we have made sure to get them well socialised and exposed to lots of different environments, making the most of this critical socialisation period (3-14weeks) helping them to develop calm and confident. We have just two(this boy and his sister we are keeping) now and they are very much part of the family, walks to the beach, car drives, living in the house and enjoying playtime in the garden with both us and their mum. He is partially house trained and is used to walks on the lead.

He will make a great pet for an active home and is also well suited as a working dog. Both parents of the dam are from Poland and are working dogs.

He is fully vaccinated and will come with his own puppy pack containing IKC papers, worming and vaccination records and a starting sample of their puppy food.

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself in your messages. Do share info if you have a garden, young kids, or other suitable information to help the seller know you are a suitable buyer.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200610810) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
9. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
10. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
11. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
