4yr old male weimaraner,

Difficult sale

He is an absolute sweetheart, house trained, lead trained(can be strong for the 1st few minutes), he's a big cuddly sweetheart who loves to curl up on the sofa after a good walk, he's friendly to everyone he meets, loves children aged 6yrs up, gets on with cats, rabbits, hens and ducks etc.

We absolute adore him and this is breaking all of our hearts but we've moved house to the countryside and our garden is not yet enclosed.

He has started to show interest in our neighbours sheep And we are absolutely surrounded on all sides.

He really needs a secure garden for his own safety.

Amazing home where he can be indoors and part of the family a must.

We would also like to keep in touch and know that he's okay.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200307344) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
6. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
7. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
