IKC Registered (pending) Rare Blue miniature Poodle puppies in Kerry
Details
Description
One male and one female IKC registered (PENDING) miniature Poodle puppies almost ready for new homes. Both parents live with us in our home. They are both Irish Kennel Club registered and the puppies are fully registered too. Both parents have had full health testing done, they are clear of and are non carriers of any hereditary disease specific to their breed.
We imported Alvin the sire two years ago from Poland and he is silver. The mother is Irish bred and apricot /red in colour. The puppies are currently black but will in time fade to blue. (This can take up to two years)
The parents are both very easy going dogs and they get along very well with our child and two other dogs and our cat. They are intelligent, loyal and amazing company.
These puppies have been brought up in our family home and have received lots of attention since the day they were born. They are lively and active as is typical for 8 week old puppies. They are comfortable with our child and play with our dogs including our Labrador and our Cat. They are vaccinated and regularly wormed. They have been checked by our vet and are extremely healthy with no issues or problems at all. They have not once needed veterinary attention other than their vaccinations and microchips.
They have had their first mini groom including blow dry to help them at this young age to adapt to regular grooming.
They are outside a lot thanks to the great weather so they are using the grass a lot for toilet training, they are using puppy pads indoors.
We will be very sorry to see them go but we will have to move out of the house if we keep one as we already have 4 dogs and a cat in the house. We are truly hoping for special homes for this little boy and girl. If you feel you could make one of these part of your family or your life companion please feel free to come visit or call for more information. Ready from the 23rd August after their next vaccination.

Tips for contacting sellers
- Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
- Choose carefully what information you share about yourself in your messages. Do share info if you have a garden, young kids, or other suitable information to help the seller know you are a suitable buyer.
- Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station and to us via the Report ad button.
- We recommend you print or save a copy of this page for your records in case the ad is updated / closed.
Tips for purchasing a puppy
- Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
- Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200648747, 972274200648742) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
- Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
- See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
- Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
- Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
- Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
- Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
- Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
- It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
