Description
Beautiful litter of Poochon puppies, who are looking for their forever homes.
The litter have been given the best start to life; they are being raised at home, socialised with adults and children, and are currently being house trained. The puppies always have someone at home with them & considering the current spell of nice weather they get to spend a lot of their time playing outside. As the puppies are well accustomed to being handled, they are extremely loving and friendly with a playful temperament. Their gorgeous, soft, fluffy coats adds to their absolute cuteness.
Both parents of this litter guarantee the finest temperament. Both are placid, loving & affectionate dogs. Mum is a Poochon (of Purebred Bichon Frisé mother & Purebred Toy Poodle father). The sire of this litter is a Red, Purebred Poodle.
These gorgeous little boys will be a great & perfect addition to any family home.
They will be ready to go to their new, loving, forever homes from August 30th.
Rest assured, the litter are vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped.
They are also non-shed & hypoallergenic.
Puppies can be viewed in either Clare or Laois.

- We recommend you print or save a copy of this page for your records in case the ad is updated / closed.
Tips for purchasing a puppy
- Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
- Note microchip IDs posted here (981098109209934, 981098109209918, 981098109210042, 981098109209985, 981098109209961) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
- Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
- See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
- Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
- Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
- Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
- Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
- Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
- It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.

Microchip requirements for dogs in Ireland
Legally all dogs over the age of 12 weeks must be microchipped. All dogs advertised for sale also need to be microchipped and registered with one of the four approved Irish databases, Animark, Fido, IKC or Irish Coursing Club. Fines can be imposed for being in possession of a dog that is not microchipped.
You can click to see some public details of the dog microchip on the Europetnet website. Always ask to see the microchip cert when you view a dog and crosscheck the owners details.
Laws about microchipping are covered in the Microchippng of Dogs Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 63 of 2015), section 3(2).
Minimum age for selling puppies in Ireland & Northern Ireland
Legally, puppies must be at least 8 weeks old and fully weaned before they can be sold and leave their mothers. Puppies can be advertised before the 8 weeks, but not sold. Closer to 10-12 weeks is recommended for separating the mother from its puppies.
This ad states the date of birth is 02/07/2025 adding 8 weeks to this would mean the earliest date of sale should be Wednesday, 27/08/2025 (in 4 days).
