We are delighted to offer two beautiful Maltese x Bichon Frise puppies for sale. One male and one female available.

Known for their affectionate nature, Maltichons are a lovely breed and are extremely friendly and sociable and are highly intelligent. They are non-shed, hypoallergenic and make beautiful pets for children or as a companion for an elderly person.

Each puppy is fully health checked, vaccinated, flea treated and wormed ensuring they are healthy and ready to transition into their new homes. They are microchipped and fully weaned on to quality small breed food. Each puppy will leave with all their relevant paperwork..

Dad is an IKC registered Maltese and Mom is a cross of Maltese and Bichon. Both have beautiful affectionate temperaments.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (981098109209670, 981098109209667) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
9. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
10. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
