Lurchers are a type of sighthound that was originally bred in Ireland. The name "lurcher" is thought to come from the Irish word for thief, as these dogs were often used to steal livestock. Lurchers are tall and slender, with long legs and a long, narrow head. They are known for their speed and agility, and are often used in racing. Lurchers can be any colour, but are most often black, grey, or brindle.

Beautiful greyhound x whippet puppies

Leitrim Lurcher Age: 9 weeks 1 Male, 4 Females
We have a beautiful litter of greyhound x whippet puppies. Their mother is an ex track greyhound and had a good career where she won a majority of her races. The father is an older boy now but was a good working whippet in his day. This is their only litter and won't be bred again. The puppies are used to cats, chickens, geese, ducks, goats and horses. They will make great working dogs or pets. Both parents can be seen.
