Jack Russells are usually white with black or brown markings and they stand between 10 and 15 inches tall at the shoulder. They are an active breed that needs a lot of exercise and stimulation, and they are not suited to living in a home where they are left alone for long periods of time.

Gorgeous long hair, Jack Russell terrier looking for new home. We love this guy so much and we've had him from pup to now [5 year old.] But we feel he would be better suited to a home with ONLY Adults/Teens as he can sometimes get nervous around younger kids (especially when they try treat him like a teddy bear!) This can carry over to him being protective and a bit aggressive with kids around his food etc. He is a lovely, energetic dog and loves being out for runs and walks and is not aggressive at all in this open environment to other dogs or people/kids! (..it was only an issue in the enclosed home space.) It will break our heart to see him go but we think he will be happier in an environment with mostly adults/teens around where he can be less stressed.
