We have a delightful Black & Tan male Jack Russell puppy available for rehoming. Located on the Cork/Kerry border, this energetic and friendly young pup is looking for a family who can provide him with the attention and playtime he deserves. Jack Russells are known for their lively and alert nature, making them excellent companions for active families.

This little chap loves playing with kids and has a particular fondness for chasing balls. He is well-socialised and has a friendly temperament, making him a perfect fit for a bustling household. He is both vaccinated and wormed, ensuring his good health. We are looking for a new home with ample outdoor space, such as a big lawn, where he can run and expend his energy. If you can offer him the love and attention he needs, we would be thrilled to hear from you.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (981020002592074) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
6. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
7. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
8. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
