We are pleased to offer a charming male Golden Retriever puppy, currently residing in Killarney. At just over 7 months old, this affectionate puppy is already well socialised and has received all necessary vaccinations and worming treatments. Golden Retrievers are known for their friendly and gentle nature, making them excellent family pets. They are intelligent and eager to please, which often makes training a rewarding experience.

This puppy is house trained and enjoys walks both on and off the lead. He requires an affectionate home that can provide him with regular exercise and companionship. Unfortunately, we are rehoming him due to work-related travel commitments. If you are looking for a loyal and loving addition to your family, this Golden Retriever puppy may be the perfect fit.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (991003002471236) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
6. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
7. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
8. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
