Beautiful Irish Kennel Club (IKC) registered Golden Retriever pedigree puppies 1 male & 2 females

Reared within the family environment, these pedigree Golden Retriever puppies were bred due to the amazing temperament of our own purebred Retriever Bailey. Calm and affectionate we wanted all of her lovely characteristics and colour and found a suitable sire in Tadhgh- a champion show dog of the Rathcloon lineage from the Weisford stables.

Very light in colour, these pups have been reared inside our home and cared for by the whole family, with a large protected play area and heated outdoor kennel for daytime ( as due to diseases such as Parvovirus pups need to kept away from farmland/animals which may carry disease until fully vaccinated at 13 weeks)

For interested owners we are happy for you to meet the mum Bailey and see the pups in their home. All pups will be sent home with the Irish Kennel Club Registration papers, also Fido.ie microchipping documents, a Vet vaccination card, a piece of vet bed which carries the scent of their littermates and assist with settling in and finally a personalised puppy paw print from their siblings.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200581972, 972274200581888, 972274200581834) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
9. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
10. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
11. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
