French Bulldog dogs for sale in Ireland

The French Bulldog is a small breed of domestic dog. "Frenchies" were the result of a cross between Toy Bulldogs imported from England and local ratters in Paris during the 1800s. They were popularised in France by actress Sarah Bernhardt, who kept one as a pet. French Bulldogs are muscular, heavy boned dogs that are shorter and stockier than their English Bulldog cousins. They have a long, soft coat that can be either brindle, fawn, or white. Other colours are more rare. Frenchies are not big on barking, but are very alert dogs. They do not require a lot of exercise.

2.5 year old male French Bulldog. This is our much loved boy Mbosco. He has become increasingly and unpredictably reactive towards our children. As adults we haven't had issues with him, we think part of the problem is he feels the need to defend us against the kids. He is an incredible companion FOR ADULTS. Please NO CHILDREN. He doesn't get along with cats. Unsure how he'd be with other dogs. He will be your nap buddy, sit on the couch buddy, and sleep at your feet while you work buddy. He loves food and riding in the car. He tolerates walks. He's excitable and will jump to greet new people. Texts preferred, arrangements can be made to be seen most days.
