Now I would like to come to say these puppies are angels. But as Cockers, well they do like to rummage. Look for trouble. Root! - Dig even, and generally mischievous. But you will laugh at their many antics they do. With that said they do like their cuddles or touch from laying on the feet. Handy for feet warming in winter. They are one of the best family pets- Great size, and they don't shed much. Just loveable rogues! With the best wee face. The eyes get them out of so much trouble and if they are trouble, you get a blank look back. Lights on nobody home right now! These puppies do like soft toys, they never stop playing with them. You might need insurance on yourself as well them with the trip hazards they leave! I have crate trained them as studies and experiences have shown me. They are safer when in the crate and don't mind car journeys in the car. Overnight trips to vets at any stage in their life or just to go into kennels if planning a wee family holiday and not bringing a Spaniel - I would never lock a puppy in for bad behaviour they are just learning, and I just take the trouble away if they should have it. But at night time their crate is like stored treasure everything and everything. Looking for something. It's in the crate. These puppies come from a great line. I could think that because I had the great granny Pluto aka Ruby to these puppies. But she left me two beautiful girls with one is these puppy their granny Oga and great aunty Blackie. These Cocker Spaniels are cat friendly, raised by a few bossy Persians. So they know cat is the queen and learnt Stripes very quick who is the boss.
