Outstanding purebred (NR) Golden Cocker Spaniels

Meath Cocker Spaniel Age: 7 weeks 1 Male, 3 Females
These adorable, mischievous and beautiful cocker spaniel pups are ready to go to their forever families. There are three females and one male available (although they will be snapped up very quickly). Their parents, our family pets, are stunning purebred (non-registered) Golden Cocker Spaniels, and are the most lovable dogs. The pups have grown up with their mam and dad Molly and Bear, who you can meet, plus a family of cats who have taken the pups to their hearts: the cats regularly licking the pups to sleep ā€“ when they can find a pup that is, as they are often to be found in one of the childrenā€™s beds! Our other dog Heidi also helps out with play duties when mam and dad are having a break, and as she is a Golden Retriever she is basically a big pup herself and the fun and puppy attacks go on for hours! These pups are completely socialised since birth: living indoors every evening and night and being mollycoddled by our children nonstop! Cocker Spaniels are regarded as super family dogs, with great temperaments and big hearts, they will repay every bit of love a thousand-fold. These lads and lassies have been wormed, flea-treated, vaccinated and microchipped, and are the healthiest and happiest little pups going (a super happy and healthy family of pups, according to their vet-check). They will make ideal family pets, needing moderate exercise but lots and lots of love! They spend their daytimes in a secure outdoor area, exploring, getting mucky, fighting, making up and learning the rules of being a dog! They are so lucky as pups to have spent their first eight weeks with both their mam and dad, plus the other animals in the family, and the human children plus friends and cousins who come to meet them. They truly are five-star, ideal family pups, with the most perfect upbringing possible, and perfectly socialised from their interaction with our children, both of their parents and their own sibling for their whole lives. They are the total opposite of puppy-farmed pups, and have known only love and affection from the day they were born. A pup is a commitment on your part to them for many many years to come, and a sizeable investment too, and you want to make sure that your hard saved money is getting you the best possible pup for you, and your family. The pup that you choose will be one of your family members for anything up to fifteen years, and you want the best possible pup you can get! These pups have had a premier upbringing and will repay you with many years of fun and love. We have had three previous litters and keep in touch with all those pupsā€™ owners: from the photos they send me I can see they are now young adult dogs and are absolutely gorgeous and much-adored. Like all pups they can be boisterous, and ideally suited to a family with children who are not very young. The parents of these stunning pups are stunners themselves! Dad Bear is just an absolute dote. He is the kindest, most friendly dog you will ever meet. Everyone loves him, and his personality is just unreal. He is also the most laid-back dude ever! Not saying anything about men, but I could maybe say that heā€™s even a wee bit lazy! He brings stretching and yawning to a new level ā€“ and manages to look so cute doing both! My husband wonā€™t read this, so I can confess that if I had to choose, maybe I love Bear more! Molly, our beautiful mammy, is a classic ā€œLady and the Trampā€ lassie. With her big eyes, long-haired ears and beautiful markings, she would melt your heart. Sheā€™s the best mammy in the world, caring for her pups so well in these first important weeks: a happy mammy rearing happy pups. She goes for her big walk in the country every day, going for a swim, chasing balls, and just loving life. A real live wire, she literally never stops moving. I often call her Mrs Wiggle Waggle, because thatā€™s what she is like moving about, her entire body moving from side to side with every step. Her energy is amazing. She is some woman! If you have more than six breeding bitches, you must register as a breeding establishment. Thatā€™s not what we do here. I am just a housewife and mother who loves dogs and has one mammy and daddy dog who love each other and have the best possible life with my family. I am the total opposite of a breeding establishment. My dad is a farmer and we always bred collie pups when I was young. My best childhood memories are of the summers we kept entire litters and ran wild with them and the cousins from America and England! Our most lovely golden collie Sandy was so beautiful that Iā€™m delighted to know her great great great grandchildren are still alive and flourishing in our parish in Cavan. But my childhood dream was always to have a cocker spaniel, maybe due to the 1980ā€™s craze for fancy paper. The fancy paper I loved the most had the most gorgeous cocker, and it was the most exotic looking dog I had ever seen then. I always wanted one from then on, so to be breeding the best of them now is like a dream come true. You are welcome to come and see this litter of little dotes, plus the whole menagerie of animals, and where they have grown up. We are a one-hour drive from Dublin, in a beautiful area of County Meath. These poppets are just adorable, and will melt your heart! I would recommend that you only consider one of my pups if your own children are at least seven years old: up to six months or so the puppies are teething and can be a bit nippy which could spook younger children, who then get upset and excited which is not good for either. If you take one of my pups into your family you will become a part of our extended family, and I will always be here for help and advice, if ever needed. I will supply you with all the information you need to make your new family member welcome and happy. The pups will come with a bag of the puppy food they are used to, but will take a piece of our hearts away with them. But they will bring YOUR family love and happiness for years to come.
