1 year old male Cocker Spaniel

Beautiful 1 year Cocker Spaniel . Family pet since he was a puppy. Reluctantly selling as he has shown aggression towards smaller children. He has never bitten anyone just to clarify. We have done our best to train him out of it but it too risky when there are always children coming to our home. That is the only downside of him.

The many many positives are :

Extremely loyal and loveable

Loves walks in the countryside ... has hunting instincts happy to explore the fields.

Loves the water has swam in the sea and even kayaked ! Happy to jump in the boot on adventure.

Has been trained on the lead

Has lived outside but would train easily for indoors.

Healthy dog no medical issues. Has been well cared for.

Even won a local dog show ! He is a handsome dog.

Good around other dogs and horses. And doesn t stray . 350

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (981098109209113) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
6. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
7. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
