Miniature Cockapoo puppies in Longford
Details
Description
Our Beautiful litter of Miniature Cockapoo puppies are ready for their committed and loving homes. The puppies are 12 weeks old and we feel they are at a nice age for transitioning into their new environments having had training and lots of socialisation with ourselves.
It is important that Cockapoo as a breed have a lot of social exploration and stimulation when they are young as it builds a good foundation for them. The puppies are independent and have been following a routine in terms of toilet and sleep training, we have ensured the puppies have had lots of stimulation and age appropriate exercise along with spending time with other dogs and children. The Miniature Cockapoo as a breed is a very intelligent dog and does require adequate mental enrichment to suit their needs and adequate exercise. They are wonderful around children and are great companion pets.
Miniature Cockapoos as a breed are considered to be non- shed & hypoallergenic breed meaning they are suitable for people with allergies. The puppies will require grooming approximately every 2 months and should be introduced to the groomer shortly for their 1st puppy groom to build up positive interactions.
Mum is a Miniature Cockapoo and dad is a Miniature Poodle.
Both parents are our dogs and are both in good health and have lovely temperaments.
The puppies have been microchipped, registered with Fido and vaccinated up to date. They are shortly due their second 7 in 1 vaccination so they will be able to transition into going for short walks and public areas soon. They are wormed and deflead and we have followed a veterinary schedule. The puppies have been health checked by our vet and are all in good health. They are weaned from mum and are eating Royal Canin Puppy Mini kibble.

Tips for purchasing a puppy
- Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
- Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200736179, 972274200732105) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
- Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
- See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
- Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
- Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
- Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
- Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
- Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
- It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
- This seller is a Dog Breeding Establishment (DBE), ask to see their licence from their local authority.
