Purebred Longhaired Chihuahua male puppy in Kerry

I have a stunning Longhaired Chihuahua male puppy available for sale in Kerry, age 3 months. Puppy will come with the microchip certificate, deflead, dewormed and vet health check, ensuring he is healthy and ready for the new home. He is eating wet and dry food, and drinking water no problem.

He has been home reared around children, other dogs and cats. Currently being trained to use puppy pads.


The mum is a beautiful lilac and tan long-haired Chihuahua and the dad is a tiny handsome red and white longhaired Chihuahua.

I only want the best home for this bundle of joy so please don't be offended if I ask plenty of questions about what home life and environment he will be potentially going to.

Puppy is ready to go to his forever home and a non refundable deposit will be required to hold the puppy.

Chihuahuas are known for their lively personalities and strong bond with their owners. They are small in size but big in character, making them excellent companions for both individuals and families. With their affectionate nature, they thrive on human interaction and can adapt well to various living situations, including apartments. Their alertness also makes them good watchdogs, despite their diminutive stature.

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself in your messages. Do share info if you have a garden, young kids, or other suitable information to help the seller know you are a suitable buyer.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274001754192) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
9. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
10. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
