1 male Border Terrier x jack Russel puppy in Kerry

We are pleased to offer a delightful litter of Border Terrier and Jack Russell cross puppies, born on 6th March 2025. These puppies are now 8 weeks old. We have two male puppies, one with a striking black and tan coat and the other with a charming brown and white coat, as well as a female puppy with a sleek black coat. All puppies have been vaccinated and wormed, ensuring they are healthy and ready for their new adventures. It was a litter of 5 in total and we are keeping one for ourselves the whole family have fallen in love these puppies so we are keeping one.

The Border Terrier is known for its good-natured temperament, making them excellent companions for families and individuals alike. They are really fun energetic and intelligent, they are coming when called and are mostly weeing and pooing outside. The Jack Russell adds a spirited and playful nature to the mix, resulting in lively and affectionate puppies that thrive on interaction and playtime. 1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274001618673, 972274001618672, 972274001618674, 972274001470535) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
8. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
9. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
10. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
11. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
