Reluctant Rehoming โ Mother & Son Border Collies ๐พ๐
Details
Description
With a very heavy heart, we are looking for a loving, caring and permanent home for our beautiful mother and son pair of Blue Merle Tricolour Border Collies.
This is a very reluctant decision,ย and we would much rather find them a wonderful home than part with them. They are a special pair and, ideally, we would love for them to stay together.
๐พ Mother:ย Blue Merle Tricolour Border Collieย (6 Years Old)ย โ spayed
๐พ Son:ย Blue Merle Tricolour Border Collie (2 Years Old) โ not neutered
They are looking for someone who understands and loves the Border Collie breed and can give them the time, care, exercise and affection they deserve.
Our priority is finding them a genuinely good, loving home,ย rather than simply finding a home quickly. We would like to speak with anyone interested to make sure it is the right fit for both the dogs and their new family.
Please message privatelyย if you are seriously interested and would like more information about them, their personalities and what kind of home they would suit.
Please share to help us find the right home for these two beautiful dogs. โค๏ธ๐พ

- We recommend you print or save a copy of this page for your records in case the ad is updated / closed.
Tips for purchasing a dog
- Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
- Note microchip IDs posted here (250269300144243, 972274200489248) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
- Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
- Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
- Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
- Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
- It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
