Mossy is 6 month old male Border Collie puppy in Dublin

Mossy is a bright and very playful 6 month old Border Collie puppy. Very intelligent and sweet. He loves cuddles snd belly rubs and is great with kids. He has a very gentle nature and does not bite or nip. Unfortunately we are unable keep him as both my wife and daughter have been suffering allergies to him which was unexpected and also devastating for us all. We really want to see him go to a loving home where he can thrive. We began crate training so can send this with him if needed.

His mother is a blue merle (pet/working) and the father is a working dog (black and white). He has been vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Well socialized with kids and other dogs/animals. 

Border Collies are typically intelligent and energetic dogs that need regular physical and mental stimulation; they would suit an active household or those who can provide regular training and exercise. If you would like further information or to arrange a viewing, please get in touch.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200647032) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
6. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
7. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
