Only 2 left 🩷💙 We are delighted to announce that our Tatra Shepherds puppies are ready to leave for their forever homes ☺️ only one boy and one girl available now. Born to our champions Axa & Foszt, much loved family pets. Puppies have been raised in our home, with kids, cats and our other dogs. They have excellent socialisation, they are included in all our daily life's activities. Puppies are being trained to walk on the lead, crate trained and toileting outdoor during the day and we are using washable pee pad in their pen at night. They expected adult weight is 60-65 kg for a male and 40-45 kg for a female. Puppies have been vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed and registered with IKC. Their parents had an extensive health tests done, which includes hip and elbow scores, DNA panel done, all with clear results. We do not expect them to develop any hereditary conditions. Tatra Shepherds are extremely gentle and affectionate dogs, extremely loyal to their family but can be reserved towards strangers. They originated in Tatra mountains in Poland, where they were bred as livestock guardians. They are not herding dogs and they are not protection dogs. Not to be confused with Pyrenean Mountain Dogs 😆 they are similar in size and appearance, but they are different breed. Tatra Shepherds are rather rare breed, which almost become extinct at the beginning of XX century. A lot of effort was put into restoration and maintenance of their population and we are proud to be part of it ☺️ They are giant breed, with moderate energy levels, very sensible, level headed and with gentle temperament. They do not require a lot of exercise or large gardens. They treat all members of the family with the same respect, no matter how big, small, young or old. They truly are the most loyal breed out there❣️ They are extremely easy to train, unlikely to stray away, bark very little and only to alert. Coat is self cleaning and easy to maintain, doesn't require professional grooming.
