IKC Registered male Bernese Mountain Dog puppy 7 months old in Meath – Loving Home Wanted

We are looking for a loving new home for our beautiful male Bernese Mountain Dog “Bruno”, who is 7 months old.

He is a wonderful, affectionate dog and has been much-loved by his current owners. Bernese Mountain Dogs are known for their gentle nature, loyalty and devotion, making them such lovely family companions.

Unfortunately, his owners are elderly and underestimated the size of the breed, so have decided that re-homing him is the best decision. This is the only reason for sale. There are no issues at all with Bruno himself. He is a lovely dog.

He is registered and microchipped with the Irish Kennel Club, vaccinated and wormed to date.

We are looking for a loving, permanent home with owners who can give him the time, companionship, and care he deserves.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274200689578) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
6. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
7. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
