Luna ♥️ the female Akita in Wexford

Luna is a pure breed Akita girl. She is 2.5 years old and went through a lot for her young age .but she is a fighter and despite of that she never lost her playful and enthusiastic nature . She was born with a grade 4 heart murmur . We adopted her and scheduled her for a surgery in 2023.

All went well and Luna found a new home in Hungary.. unfortunately the old gentleman adopted her back in 2023 had a severe accident and couldn't look after her any longer..therefore we we brought her back to Ireland.

Here some facts about Luna .

She is an active playful girl and loves to be around her family and get attention.

She loves people

She loves to be loved 💗.

She used to be an indoor dog and has to be in the new family as well . She loves to stay outside in the garden as well ( eventually when at work for a couple of hours) but not really all day and overnight. She has to be only dog ..she isn't getting on with cats or smaller dogs . She might be ok with an adult male dog . pending on meet and greet

All vaccines and worming are up to date .she has also rabies vaccine

3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
6. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
7. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
8. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
9. This seller is a Registered Seller of Pets, ask to see their Registered Sellers ID from the Department of Agriculture.
