Introducing BUDDY imported from Holland to bring the merle colour to your breeding programme.  He is 7 generation Merle and clear of pra i.e progressive retinal atropy and prcd i.e. progressive retinal cone  degeneration .

He is a mini poodle  14 months old suitable for poodles, cavaliers, shitzus,bichons , cocker spaniels,  corgis or any type that you wish to breed to. It is a good idea to have your bitches progesterone tested so that they are spot on otherwise it would be a waste of a journey. I can keep a bitch for 48 hours so that she can be mated twice. Note: He is due a clipping in 2 weeks and the merle colouring is much clearer after a clip.

1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.
3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
4. Ask breeders about their vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
