German Shepherd for stud
Stud Details
Description
I am delighted to offer my Proud German Shepherd Bismark for Stud.
A strong boned German Shepherd. bred by myself from strong lines here in Ireland. His sire was purchased from renowned German Shepherd kennells in Clare.
His dam was bred in Limerick.
Bismark was born on All Ireland Final day 2024, and had been with us ever since.
A strong/determined canine, pays his attention to security, but wouldn't break the boundary gates even if open. Otherwise he's happy with his walks, never ever indulged in nonsensical barking ever.
He has sired beautiful red black and tans, also jet black.
He is fully vaccinated/wormed , and has passed all his vet checks. He is a straight backed German, of the old order of German Shepherd breeding, so back or hip issues don't arise.
He had sired numerous litters to date, please feel free to call 📞 and chat about your needs and aspirations for your next generation of Shepherd's.
Bismark is fully registered with the IKC, his extensive pedigree will be made available, to seriously interested breeders.
His fee is nominally €1,000 range, but everything can be discussed in terms of a pick of the litter etc.
I highly recommend Bismark to Stud.
Tips for contacting breeders
- Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
- Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.

- Ask breeders about their vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
- Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
- If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
- Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
- Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
- Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract.
- Try the free litter planning tool to plan the optimal mating dates and other important milestones for the litter.
