Description

Five exceptionally small apricot F1b Maltipoo boys from an IKC-registered Toy Poodle dad and DNA health-tested parents – non-shedding, vet-checked, vaccinated, microchipped and ready for their forever homes now. Meet Coconut, Kiwi, Kiss, Caesar and Bruno.

They were born here at home and have been raised right in the middle of family life ever since – underfoot in the kitchen, around our children and our other pets, picked up and cuddled every single day. It shows. They're confident, curious little souls who come trotting over the moment someone sits on the floor, and they're already showing the clever, eager-to-please streak the Toy Poodle is loved for, softened by the sweet, people-adoring Maltese side of the family. Each has his own look: Kiss has a striking little white blaze, Kiwi has three white paws as if he's wearing socks, and Coconut, Caesar and Bruno are rich apricot from nose to tail.

Their dad is our purebred, IKC-registered Toy Poodle – just 3 kg and all curls – and their mum is our own 3 kg Maltipoo, herself from a premium Chinese-line Toy Poodle and a pedigree Maltese. Both parents are DNA health-tested, and you're very welcome to meet Mum and see all the paperwork when you visit. Because Dad is a pure Toy Poodle, the boys are F1b (three-quarters Poodle), which means soft, curly coats that don't shed – lovely for allergy-conscious homes, and no hair on the sofa. With both parents just 3 kg, the boys are exceptionally small – around 1 kg at their last vet check – and should stay true lap-sized companions, light enough to carry anywhere.

The practical bits are all done:

β€’ Vet health-checked, with a clean bill of health

β€’ First vaccinations and worming done, vaccination card included

β€’ Microchipped (the 15-digit numbers are listed in this ad)

β€’ Toilet and crate training already underway

When the day comes to go home, each boy leaves with a full going-home package so you have everything he needs from day one – his vaccination card, microchip certificate and vet-check record, the food he's used to, a toy, and a blanket that smells of Mum and his brothers to help him settle on his first nights. And we don't disappear once he's home: you'll have our number for advice for the whole of his life.

Each of the boys is priced individually, so please get in touch and we'll happily talk you through all the details.

Viewings are very welcome by appointment, and for families further away we can meet halfway or arrange delivery anywhere in Ireland. We're happy to send more photos and videos on WhatsApp, and to answer any questions at all – just ask. Loving, forever homes only, please. These five deserve nothing less.

Tips for contacting sellers

  2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself in your messages. Do share info if you have a garden, young kids, or other suitable information to help the seller know you are a suitable buyer.
  3. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station and to us via the Report ad button.
  4. We recommend you print or save a copy of this page for your records in case the ad is updated / closed.

Tips for purchasing a puppy

  1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
  2. Note microchip IDs posted here (972274001722734, 972274001722733, 972274001608141, 972274001722735, 972274001722731) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
  3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
  4. See puppies in their home environment and see the mother of puppies.
  5. Make sure the puppy is 8 weeks before taking ownership of the dog (closer to 10-12 weeks is even better).
  6. Do not pay a deposit until you've met the owner & puppy in person.
  7. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
  8. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
  9. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
  10. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
