Description

"Archer" is a Beautiful Golden Labrador male, available for Studding on request. He is of excellent temperament. He has many distinct markings and structures to him, which defines his character. He is a well mannered and friendly dog offering consistent alertness and obedience.

He is a family dog and well behaved indoors. But also used as a working dog and is very responsive and alert in his duties when Hunting. Retrieves from land and water. As does his off-spring who have been proven working dogs also by other family relatives & friends, and reports back from anyone that kept a pup from their studded litter. But Pups have been kept for family use and special need use with kids and are very responsive to owners and children.

Archer receives regular worming and fleaing, also has all of his vaccinations up-to-date, is micro-chipped and IKC registered. Next yearly booster is August 2023.

His experience so far is to that of 15+ Labrador females which have produced litters from 7 to 12 pups per litter. Recent pictures available of recent litters on request. Never any issues reported of pups having any health issues in previous years. All quality reviews of pups received from new owners.

Archer comes from a great line of Champion blood lines including Philipstown, Rocheby and Poolsted. He also stems from Working bloodline of "Aughadreena" well known Labradór working bloodline. Irish kennel club to inquire about or contact me for further information.

If you have any questions or queries please sign hesitate to contact me. If you require for female to stay over night this can be organised on request also. Personal experience with Labradors for many years since my first female Labrador in 1997. All had Labradórs through our family. So plenty of experience and advise to offer. Specially if first time considering breeding your female.

Tips for contacting breeders

  1. Keep communication through our messaging system for as long as possible.
  2. Choose carefully what information you share about yourself.
  3. Ask for recent health check certificate from their vet, this should check for known issues with the breed & have details of vaccinations. The AKC has a comprehensive list of their health testing requirements per breed.
  4. Ask breeders about the vet who has taken care of the dog and contact the vet directly.
  5. Ask breeders to provide their ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details.
  6. If you are new to breeding, please, please, read this article about breeding dogs.
  7. Stud dogs listed need to be 12 months or older. While bigger breeds may mature faster, often health complications don't show until later.
  8. Report suspicious activity to your local Garda Station & / or the Department of Agriculture, Food & Marine.
  9. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract.
