Introducing Calibos, a magnificent 3 year 11 month old Chinese Tibetan Mastiff. This loyal and laid-back dog is also an active guard dog, making him the perfect addition to any family. He is a striking black and tan male, weighing in at a healthy 55kg. Calibos is fully vaccinated, wormed, and microchipped for your peace of mind.

Originally imported from the renowned Czech breeders, Sirius Nova Tibetans, Calibos was purchased in February 2023 for £4000.

He has undergone professional training with K9 Security, mastering commands such as sit, heel, down, recall, stay, and paw. Calibos has also been treated for an eye condition to prevent blindness, ensuring his health and wellbeing. He is an ideal candidate for studding work, should the new owner wish to pursue this.

Please note, the cost of his medical treatment and training is not included in the final price. Payment must be made first, and collection or delivery can be arranged with the buyer. This loyal Mastiff is located in Antrim and is eagerly awaiting his new forever home.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (643000000114734) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
6. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
7. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
8. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
