Female Dobermann in Galway

Hi, we are looking to find a suitable home with no other pets for our female Dobermann. She is a loyal and affectionate dog, very attentive and excellent at following commands. She is an excellent watchdog, she is used to both indoor living and outdoor.

Originally imported from Romania to the UK and then brought to Ireland by us, she has all her registration paperwork, which needs to be updated from the import pedigree to IKC. She had a stunning litter a year ago, and her puppies have all turned out amazing. This is a sad sale, so genuine inquiries only, please -no time wasters. She is vaccinated and wormed.

1. Ask sellers to provide an ID (driver's licence / passport) and take note of their contact details. You will also need to provide the same & a proof of address to transfer the microchip to your name.
2. Note microchip IDs posted here (070191000105555) and check the microchip certificates (important) when you visit to make sure they match and the sellers details are on the certificate too (see example microchip certificates).
3. Do not purchase a dog without seeing a microchip certificate. It is illegal to sell a dog without a microchip that's fully registered (info).
4. Do not purchase a dog from a seller in a car park or other business location.
5. Consider buying a puppy starter pack of essential items .
6. Ask sellers about the vet who has taken care of the dogs. Ask for the dog's vaccination certificate(s).
7. Use our contract template www.dogs.ie/contract or another as a basis for a written contract & ask for a written receipt.
8. It's best not to bring young kids to first meetings, to avoid disappointment in the case you decide not to buy a dog.
